  • Yes! We are currently in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield and United Healthcare. With that being said, each person’s coverage can be different due to their policy and deductible. If you are curious about your coverage, you can either check your coverage online or by calling your insurance company directly.

  • Possibly. We can’t be certain without first hearing what you are experiencing. If Dr. Tyler deems that imaging is necessary, we can make a simple referral to get those images taken.

  • You have options! We recommend Online Booking.

    Online booking is available through the website. Head over to our services page and click the “Book Appointment” button. You will then be redirected to a page that will ask you to select the “New Patient Appointment” option. From there you will be shown all our availability.

    If you prefer, you can always call, text or email the office. We can’t always answer the phone, but don’t worry, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • If you enjoy paying bills from the comfort of your own home, then you are in luck! Through the “Patient Portal” option at the top of our website you can keep track of all your appointments and pay any bills you might have right from your couch!

    Those of you who prefer to pay in person don’t fret. We are more than happy to collect payment via cash, card or check in office at your appointment.
